• Your Master Files will be uploaded to the FTP site on receipt of Payment (from PAYPAL) which is usually instantaneous.

• Then you go to the FTP link, from where you can collect your files.

• You can also pay by BACS or cheque, The files will be uploaded to my ftp site as soon as the payment clears. (info by e-mail)

Collection Information

Please go to - ftp://www.paulrobinsondrummeronline.com (Using your Browser, or an FTP program)

You will find 2 folders: Firstly, an "INCOMING" folder, where you simply DRAG & DROP your file into.

Place your file in that folder - the filename(s) should include your name. Don't try to OPEN the "incoming" folder, or you will get a message saying 'you do not have permission'.

Secondly: Download_from_here folder.

This is where you can COLLECT your audio from. There will be a folder in there with your name on. I will inform you by e-mail when the audio is ready to collect, & I will remove it within 48 hours. If you prefer a more Private collection folder, that too can be arranged (password controlled). This service is only available to more frequent "Drummer Online" clients, & an ftp software will be needed, Fetch, or for Windows, use Cute (free download)
